Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites bids for the review of organizational structure under tender reference PD/IDP/PP/33549/26. This procurement exercise is part of PPL's internal development and planning initiatives, based in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work involves a comprehensive organizational structure review to assess and recommend improvements to PPL's operational framework and management hierarchy. Interested consultants and firms with relevant expertise in organizational design, management consulting, and strategic planning are encouraged to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must possess appropriate professional qualifications, relevant experience in organizational review and restructuring projects, and must comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit detailed proposals demonstrating their understanding of organizational challenges, proposed methodology, timeline, and expected deliverables. All relevant certifications, credentials, and evidence of financial capability should be included with the bid submission.
