Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Mandi Bahauddin is inviting sealed competitive bids for three separate works during the MRS B-I Annual Period from January to June 2026. Work No. 1 involves the supply of 700,000 digital printed consumer water and sewerage bills on A5 paper size at 80 gsm in 4 colours with black digital printing on one side, including delivery to WASA head office in Mandi Bahauddin, with an approximate cost of 3.325 million and 14-month execution period. Work No. 2 comprises providing and fixing of 2,950 polyester safety nets with hooks under manhole covers to provide fall protection in vulnerable deep manholes, valued at 4.248 million with 15-day completion timeline. Work No. 3 entails construction of parking yard and staff quarters in Mandi Bahauddin City including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, damp proof course, and a 400-foot deep underground water pump installation, estimated at 13.017 million with 6-month duration. All works are located in Mandi Bahauddin district, Punjab province.
Contractors must submit earnest money deposits of 0.166 million, 0.213 million, and 0.651 million respectively for each work. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bidders must provide a construction schedule within one week of acceptance letter and commence work within fortnight from the issuance of acceptance letter, otherwise the contract will be automatically rescinded. If the tender amount is less than 5 percent below the approved estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security within 15 days as per Government of Punjab Finance Department notification dated 6th April 2005.
Bid documents are available as per tender schedule under MRS B-I Annual Period covering 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026. Contractors must comply with specifications, approved designs, and contract agreement requirements to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. All conditions of the Contract Agreement and DNIT (Detailed Notice of Invitation to Tender) form part of the agreement and are binding upon contractors. Final payments will be released after testing and inspection of installed works as per specification requirements.
