Description / Scope of Work
Central Power Purchasing Agency Guarantee Ltd., a government-owned entity registered under the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed bids for the provision of expertise in developing a competency directory, reviewing succession planning framework, and conducting and reporting skills gap analysis. This procurement is facilitated through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows the PPRA Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure. The scope encompasses specialized consulting services to support organizational development and human resource strategic planning within CPPA-G's operations across Federal Pakistan. Interested bidders must obtain complete bidding documents containing all terms and conditions from the official government portal at https://eprucure.gov.pk.
Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through EPADS V2 only; manual submissions are not permitted.
