Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from qualified suppliers and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the provision of two major telecommunication infrastructure projects. The first tender (HQ/ADV-46/2025-26) concerns the procurement of three NGN Core Routers, specifically Juniper MX-480 equipment, to be deployed at NTC facilities in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi on a turnkey DDP site basis. The second tender (HQ/ADV-47/2025-26) involves the establishment of an NTC Data Center Facility at Karachi on a turnkey DDP site basis. Both projects are situated in major cities across Pakistan and represent significant infrastructure investments for national telecommunications services.
Prospective bidders must possess relevant experience in the provision of similar services. All bids must comply with the detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements as outlined in the tender documents available on the EPADS portal at www.eprosure.gov.pk. Bid security requirements and other financial conditions are specified in the tender documents. Bidders are required to be registered with appropriate tax authorities and meet all eligibility criteria established by NTC for these procurements.
Electronic bid documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprosure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the bid closing date and time as indicated in the tender table. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day, at least thirty minutes after the bid closing time.
