Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of ophthalmology equipment (Package No. 33, Lot-A) on DAP basis for the establishment of a Federal Government polyclinic (PGMi-II) at G-11/3, Islamabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of this procurement is approximately 13 million PKR, with a bid validity period of 180 days. This project aims to equip the new medical facility with modern ophthalmology diagnostic and treatment equipment to enhance healthcare service delivery in the federal capital region.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 as updated to date. The bid security amount is set at 260,000.00 PKR. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as per SSTE (Single Stage Two Envelope) method. Bidders should ensure they meet all regulatory requirements and possess relevant credentials for supplying and installing medical equipment.
The RFP documents containing detailed technical and financial proposal requirements are available on the EPADS portal at punjab.eprpcure.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 11th June 2026 at 04:00 PM, with technical proposal opening on the same day at 04:30 PM. In case the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
