Description / Scope of Work
This open tender invites sealed bids from reputable suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the Government of Pakistan for the supply and installation of materials and repair work of a warehouse shed featuring fiberglass roofing on an F.O.R Karachi basis. The tender is issued by A.M Procurement with reference number OT-1738/25-26 and carries an estimated value of 1500 to 1600 Pakistani Rupees. The project is located in Karachi, Sindh, and encompasses single-stage bidding with one envelope submission process.
Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid NTN and GST registration certificates. The bid security requirement is equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value, which should be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order deposit. The quoted amount must be inclusive and exclusive of GST/SED clearly mentioned. Bidders operating from outside Karachi should clearly state free delivery arrangements. Tender documents may be obtained from the office located at Plot 173, ST-2 & 2H, DHA Phase-VIII, Karachi, during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM) by submitting an application with a Pay Order of Rs 1500 (non-refundable) in favour of Account Officer P.O.BOX 1138, Islamabad. The application deadline is 23 May 2026. Bids will be opened at A.M Procurement's office in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 23 June 2026 at 10:50 HRS.
