Description / Scope of Work
The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency work involving the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base locations. Two contract packages are available: Package (E) valued at Rs. 34.608 Million for provision of certain facilities at PAF Base, and Package (B) valued at Rs. 16.418 Million for provision of certain facilities at PAF Base. This tender is issued under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004 and the work is to be executed in Punjab province. The tender notice number 4036/CKL-Advt/02/E-4 is dated 18 May 2026 and tender documents will be published in both Urdu and English newspapers circulating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on 20 May 2026.
Contractors seeking to participate must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as specified. Applicants will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and who satisfy special conditions required for the job and area. All contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Contractors must also provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Departments in the Court of Law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Contractors born on the approved List of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with experience in this type of work are eligible to apply.
Tender documents must be received in the office of Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 04 June 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Islamabad or CMES (PAF) Chaklala or authorized representatives for further details between 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days. Tender opening is public and contractors may be present. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, and rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
