Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of imported liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) totaling 900 metric tonnes for the month of May 2026, specifically for the period 26th to 31st May 2026. This tender is issued under reference number GF-19667-JA and will be conducted through the SAP Ariba Portal using a single stage, one envelope bidding procedure. The procurement scope covers the supply and delivery of imported LPG to meet PSO's operational requirements in Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST/PST certificates. The CNIC of the owner or authorized representative must be provided with the bid submission. Bidders are required to demonstrate adequate financial capabilities and relevant past experience in LPG supply or related petroleum products procurement. Tender documents will be made available exclusively through the SAP Ariba Portal, and all interested parties must register on the portal to access and participate in the tender process.
Tender documents can be collected from 11 May 2026 to 25 May 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM through the SAP Ariba Portal. Sealed bids must be submitted online by 25 May 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM onwards. Interested parties without an Ariba Network ID are requested to register at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/.
