Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited invites competitive bids for multiple supply and service contracts closing on 11 August 2026 at 1500 hours. Supply items include ball valves, electrical items, electrical and instrument items, ballast and DOL magnetic motors, process drain vessel V-900, well head control panels, and wellhead chokes. Service tenders cover pre-qualification of contractors for rental crane services and trailer services across PPL's field sites throughout Pakistan, caretaking services for the Gambat South field, design and construction of a new data center on turnkey basis, and rental provision of FortiGate Firewall equipment. All tenders are to be submitted online through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk. Bids will be opened thirty minutes after the closing deadline.
Bidders are required to submit proposals online through the designated e-procurement portal. Tender documents are available online for download. Bidders who have already submitted proposals may withdraw and resubmit before the revised closing date. All bids must comply with the Instructions for Bidders section of the tender documents.
