Description / Scope of Work
The Environmental Protection Agency Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory equipment under Tender Notice for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment. The tender is issued from the agency's headquarters in Peshawar, KPK province. The procuring agency requires the services of well-qualified suppliers to deliver ADP consoles, Sharjed Pattern labouratory instruments, and other testing equipment as stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP). All proposed items must be included under the single-stage two-envelope procedure with complete technical and financial documentation. The scope includes procurement of various laboratory instruments necessary for the agency's operations, with detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible and interested firms may download the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) from the EPADS link or by contacting the procurement agency directly. Prospective bidders must possess valid vendor registration with KPPRA and provide evidence of submitted proposals with physically and electronically available documentation through EPADS. The bid must include all requisite clauses, participant pledges, and evidence of technical capability as per the bidding documents. Financial and technical bids shall be evaluated in accordance with established procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available for download on the EPADS portal from June 2026 onwards. Bidders must submit sealed bids in accordance with the tender schedule and guidelines. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any bid or request additional information as deemed necessary.
