Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement of electric and IT equipment. This tender is open to reputed bidders seeking to supply essential technology infrastructure to support government operations in Peshawar and the broader KPK region. The procurement covers various electrical and information technology equipment required by the board for its operations and service delivery initiatives.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted price is required from all participating bidders. All bids must comply with the Standard Bidding Document requirements and specifications outlined in the official bid solicitation documents. Bid submission must be completed electronically via the E-PADS platform at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, with the deadline set for June 09, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. All required supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded along with the bid and CDR on the E-PADS portal. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend.
