Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a major energy infrastructure organization operating across Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of welding plants under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2610/26. This procurement encompasses the provision of specialized welding equipment required for the company's operational needs. The tender is being issued from the Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, and covers the delivery of items to the Base Stores Manga (D) location. The scope includes technical specifications, delivery schedules, and warranty provisions as detailed in the tender documents.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility requirements including possession of valid sales tax registration certificates and income tax registration or documentation on DPU basis as applicable. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in original form in accordance with clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders and must provide copies of all relevant tax documentation. Only one authorized representative per bidding organization will be permitted to attend the public opening of bids, and attendance requires submission of a formal authority letter as specified in Annexure-I. Non-compliance with terms and conditions may result in bid rejection, and any attempt to obstruct competition through cartel formation or similar conduct will lead to delisting from approved manufacturers.
Bid documents are available from SNGPL and must be submitted in a single stage two envelope system with separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked and sealed. Bids must be received at the office of the General Manager (Procurement) at the first floor of Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 18.04.2026 at 1430 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day. Bidders should note that the tender validity period is 90 days from the closing date, and delivery must conform strictly to the delivery schedule provided in Appendix-E.
