The Punjab Irrigation Department, Multan Irrigation Zone, Trimmu Head Works Division invites bids for the collection of toll tax at Trimmu Barrage for a period of 365 days from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. This toll collection rights award is issued by the Executive Engineer, Trimmu Headworks Division in Trimmu, Punjab. The reserve price for the entire contract period is Rs. 119,100,786. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting tolls from vehicles and other traffic crossing the barrage in accordance with the prescribed schedule of toll rates and regulations established by the irrigation department.
Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 5 percent of the reserve price, amounting to Rs. 5,956,000. Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in toll collection operations and demonstrate financial capability to execute the contract. Bidders are required to comply with all terms and conditions specified in the tender documents, including submission of a bank guarantee upon award. The bid security is mandatory and must be provided in the form of a demand draft, bank guarantee, or as specified in the tender conditions.
