Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), Pakistan's leading integrated gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of annual telecom towers at various locations across Sindh and Balochistan under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure governed by clause 36(a) of the PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry number is SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14299 with a fixed bid bond of Rs. 17,500 per lot required in the form of a pay order or demand draft. Bidders must hold a valid PEC Certificate in Category C-6 or above with appropriate EE07 or EE08 subcategory to be eligible for participation. The work scope encompasses lot-wise package basis maintenance contracts for telecom tower infrastructure across the company's operational regions.
Eligibility requirements mandate that suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(I)/2023 dated 8th March 2023. Bidders must submit complete technical literature duly signed and stamped, along with all required documentation including properly executed bid bonds in original form to the Tender Room at SSGC headquarters before the submission deadline. Any changes to current contact information, address, phone, fax, or email must be intimated to the Procurement Department in advance.
Bids will be submitted online through the EPADS Portal on or before 18-06-2026 at 1130 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same day online on EPADS. Tender documents are available for download from the SSGC website at www.ssgc.com.pk and the EPADS portal. Bidders are advised to confirm their intention to submit bids by fax to the General Manager (Procurement) at fax number 99231583. The tender advertisement is also published on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.net. Bids not conforming to the stipulated conditions may be rejected, and the company reserves the right to add, delete, amend any part of tender documents or reject any or all offers without assigning reason.
