Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Tandlianwala, located in District Faisalabad, Punjab, invites online bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for framework contracts covering ten separate lots of essential hospital supplies and consumables for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes medicines, surgical and disposable items valued at 6 million rupees; dialysis medicines and consumables at 6 million rupees; pathology laboratory items and reagent kits at 3 million rupees; general store items at 5 million rupees; printing items at 2.8 million rupees; stationery items at 1 million rupees; bedding and linen items at 0.5 million rupees; X-ray films and chemical items at 1.5 million rupees; dental materials and instruments at 1 million rupees; and medical gases at 3 million rupees. The total estimated procurement value across all lots is 29.8 million rupees, with a combined bid security requirement of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot.
Eligible bidders must be registered as partnerships, sole proprietors, firms, or companies with valid and active income tax, GST, and PST registrations. Bidders are required to submit separate bidding documents for each lot, as only lot-wise bids will be accepted. Bid security must be provided in the form of a CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of MS THQ Hospital Tandlianwala, valid for 180 days. The original CDR must be submitted in physical form on or before the closing date and time at the hospital office. All bids must be uploaded on EPADS and submitted in hard form in sealed envelopes.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) until the tender closing date of 20 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM under open competitive bidding procedures following the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders should submit their best and final prices as no negotiations are anticipated, and the award will be made to the bidder with the lowest rate for each lot.
