State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed financial bids through the EPADS electronic procurement system for the purchase of stationery items for its Gujranwala Zone office. This tender is issued under PPRA Rules following a single stage single envelope procurement procedure. The tender reference number is GRW/HRA&P/002/2026 and bids will be received and opened on 16 June 2026. Intended bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must have their own office in Lahore and Gujranwala, preferably, along with active telephone and fax contact numbers to be considered eligible.
Bidders are required to register with PPRA for e-procurement on the EPADS system and must submit bids through their registered email addresses before the closing time of 10:00 AM on 16 June 2026. Bid security in the form of a 2 percent earnest money deposit or CDR payable to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Gujranwala Zone must be submitted before bid opening, otherwise tenders will be rejected. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM and announcements will be made on the EPADS system accordingly.
