Description / Scope of Work
NED University of Engineering & Technology, Sindh, invites sealed bids for providing, laying, installation, termination, testing and commissioning of cables and TP Box for generator connection at the Girls Hostel, Main Campus, NEDUET. The tender is issued under reference number PC/NED/DWS/Cable/8536/2026 with an estimated cost of Rs 1.137 million and a completion period of 30 days. This is a critical infrastructure project for the university's main campus electrical systems.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria including a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field, average annual turnover of at least Rs 1 million per year based on the last three years' FBR online annual returns, and valid registration with FBR or SRB as applicable. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and absence of any corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices is mandatory. Bid security equivalent to 2.5 percent of the bid cost in the form of a payorder favoring the Director Finance, NEDUET, must accompany the bid.
Bidding documents can be obtained and must be submitted exclusively through EPDAS between 10 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 at 10:00 A.M., with bid opening on the same date at 10:30 A.M. Manual bids shall not be considered. Bidders are advised to submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted.
