Description / Scope of Work
Services Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) Lahore invites sealed bids for an annual maintenance, repair and operation contract of the HVAC system installed within the institute during the financial year 2026-27. The contract scope encompasses comprehensive heating, ventilation and air conditioning system management, including routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, electrical works related to HVAC equipment, fire extinguisher maintenance and management cost coverage. The procuring agency seeks qualified service providers capable of ensuring optimal performance of HVAC infrastructure throughout the contractual period in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair services, and possess valid registration with competent authorities. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet and must comply with all applicable taxes and minimum wage rate requirements as per Pakistani labor laws. Only one bid per person or entity is permitted, and bidders must provide evidence of financial and technical qualification along with a detailed work plan and deployment plan.
