Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of infusion pumps and syringe pumps (Package No. 13) on DAP basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This is a comprehensive healthcare equipment procurement project designed to support medical service delivery at the new polyclinic facility in the capital territory. The procurement includes all necessary infusion and syringe pump systems along with full installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance support to ensure optimal operational performance.
The bidding process will be conducted through EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Distribution System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of original bid security with their technical bids on the EPADS portal, with original bid security documents submitted to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to provide original bid security will result in bid rejection. All lots and all items of lots must be quoted by each firm; any firm not quoting the complete package will stand disqualified. Evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items of all lots.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the EPADS portal at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 15:00 HRS PST on 11th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, with bidder representatives invited to attend. In the event of a government holiday resulting in office closure on the bid opening date, submission and opening will occur on the next working day at the same time.
