The Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Communication & Works Department, Highways Division Sudhnoti invites electronic bids for construction improvement reconditioning and blacktopping of 30 kilometres of link roads per constituency in LA-24 District Sudhnoti. This single stage single envelope e-bidding procurement is conducted under AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) following standard bidding procedures. The estimated project cost is PKR 48.008 million, with bidders required to meet C-5 category or above classification and provide a bid security of PKR 1.440 million. The project scope encompasses reconditioning works on Baryot Nari Link Road measuring 1 kilometre and Chara to Uch Baryot link road totalling 1 kilometre across Sudhnoti district. Bidders are required to be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with endorsement from the C&W Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Joint venture bidders must obtain prior employer approval. The project completion period is set at 24 months from the contract award date. Electronic bid documents can be downloaded from the bidder's dashboard by newly registered and existing bidders with valid credentials from the IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highway. Bid submission must occur through the e-bidding portal with a scheduled opening on 11-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders shall upload scanned bank receipts confirming deposit of bid security in divisional joint accounts along with all relevant technical and financial documentation on the dashboard within the specified submission deadline.
