School for Midwifery at DHDC Chakwal Establishment by Punjab Building Department

Punjab Building Department invites sealed tenders from eligible Engineering Firms and Contractors for the establishment of a School for Midwifery at DHDC Hospital Chakwal, located in District Chakwal, Punjab. This is a significant infrastructure development project with an estimated cost of Rs 24,863,000 and a project duration of 12 months. The scope includes complete construction and setup of facilities to support midwifery education and training at the designated hospital site in Chakwal.

Participating firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eproure.gov.pk and hold valid SEBC category codes. Contractors are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% as per PPRA Rules, with the CDR issued in the name of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Chakwal. Bidders must provide 10% Performance Guarantee of the contract amount in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee, along with original CDR or Bank Guarantee to be submitted at the office of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Chakwal.

The tender opening will be held on 17.06.2026 at 11:00 PM at the office of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, where all bids will be retrieved and quoted rates of successful bidders will be announced on the same date at 12:30 PM. Bidders may attend the office in person for bid submission. Technical bid documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer at the Buildings Division office.
