Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of cutting discs, grinding discs, welding equipment and related accessories under Tender Enquiry No. MNT/TE/031/2026. The procurement includes 701 units of 9-inch cutting discs, 456 units of 7-inch grinding discs, 6 welding electric holders (300/500 AMP), 34 arbor knoted wire brushes, 30 pairs of welding gloves, 2 welding umbrellas, 4 steel wire brushes, and 100 units of clear glass and 38 units of dark glass in various sizes. All materials are to be delivered carriage paid to SNGPL Stores in Multan, Punjab, within 30 days of purchase order placement. The tender is issued from the Transmission Office located on Piran Ghaib Road, Multan.
Eligible bidders must possess valid GST and NTN certificates along with Professional Tax certificates. A tender participation fee of Rs 500 is mandatory, payable via pay order or cheque drawn before tender opening. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Securing Declaration as guarantee of bid acceptance. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the tender closing date. Samples for items 01 and 02 (cutting and grinding discs) must be submitted free of cost with the bid, failing which offers will be declared non-responsive.
Bids must be submitted online through PPRA E-PADS platform as well as in printed form in sealed envelopes marked 'Confidential' to the Senior Officer (Procurement), S.N.G.P.L (Transmission Office), Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. The tender closing date is 11 June 2026 at 15:00 hours, with public opening scheduled for the same day at 15:30 hours. Failure to submit bids on E-PADS will result in rejection of printed copies. Late delivery charges of 1% per week (maximum 10% of delayed material value) apply for non-compliance with delivery schedules.
