Description / Scope of Work
District Council Mianwali invites e-bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for repair of manholes, rehabilitation of PCC slab, provision of generator and street lights on rent, earthfilling and stone dust arrangement for Sabeel i/c tentage items on rent basis, desiling of sewer lines, laying of RCC pipes and manhole cover rings, repair of drains and construction of culverts in Muharam Jaloos route at Behn Sayyedan, Kaloor Sharif, Kalluan Wala Tehsil Isa Khel in Mianwali District, Punjab. The estimated project cost is 1.150 million rupees. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories FBR, PRA under NTN and PPRA for e-procurement on the e-PADS system.
All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security of 5 percent of the estimated price in the name of Chief Officer, District Council Mianwali, in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and authorized for e-procurement. Late e-bids shall be rejected. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted with file uploading on EPADS.
E-bids must be submitted through the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eproc ure.gov.pk on or before 10th June 2026 at 01:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in envelopes marked with bidding document number and title to District Council Office near Jahaz Chowk, Mianwali, Punjab.
