Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of imported refrigeration equipment (Package No. 28, Lot-A) on DAP basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This comprehensive procurement encompasses the delivery and full commissioning of refrigeration systems to support healthcare operations at the new polyclinic facility in Islamabad, Punjab. The tender is issued under reference HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-260427-1/P28A dated 27th April 2026 and will be evaluated on the basis of the complete package including all items of all lots.
All interested bidders must register on the EPADS (Electronic Procurement Auction & Distribution System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible for participation. Bid security in scanned form shall be submitted with the technical bid on EPADS, while original bid security must be deposited at the office of General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP before the bid submission deadline. Bidders are required to quote all lots and all items within lots; any firm not providing complete quotations will be disqualified. The procurement is governed under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended and instructions issued by the Government of Pakistan.
Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the Federal PPRA website at http://ppra.org.pk. Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14:30 HRS PST on 11th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives.
