Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for the disposal of four vehicles and one motorcycle through open auction on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction includes three Cultus cars (2013 model, 993-CC each) with vehicle numbers AA-3266, AA-3267, and A-1595, along with one Yamaha motorcycle (1997 model, 100-CC) bearing registration number KTN-6006. The auction is being conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and interested buyers can inspect the vehicles during office hours between 0900 and 1600 hours on any working day until 15th June 2026 at the Provincial Election Commissioner's premises on main Shami Road, opposite Golf Club Gate 02, Peshawar.
Eligible bidders include firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietors, and state-owned enterprises (both public and private limited). All bidders must deposit a security amount in the form of a bank or pay order in favour of the DDO, Provincial Election Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, before participating in the auction process. Separate pay orders must be submitted for each vehicle that a bidder wishes to participate in. The successful bidder must provide a National Identity Card and deposit one-quarter (25 percent) of the total bid amount as earnest money immediately upon bid approval. Failure to deposit this earnest money will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the bidder's offer.
Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS 2.0 on or before 16th June 2026, with bids opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining balance of 75 percent within seven days of offer approval. Non-compliance will result in seizure of both the security deposit and the initial 25 percent payment. Bidders are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes in addition to the approved bid amount. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
