The project scope encompasses a mixed-use commercial development including a fuel station with allied facilities, electric vehicle charging station, international or national food outlets, convenience store, and pharmacy. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as defined in the bidding document and demonstrate financial and technical capacity to execute the DFBOT project. Specific requirements regarding registration, licensing, and bid security will be outlined in the detailed instructions to bidders section of the bidding document. The bidding process is conducted as a competitive selection to identify the most qualified and technically capable developer.
The bidding document is structured in four parts: bidding instructions including invitation to bid and evaluation criteria; special conditions of agreement; terms of reference and technical specifications; and financial bid submission requirements. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from REDAMCO and submit responses according to the specified procedures. Further details regarding document submission locations, pre-bid meetings, and bid opening dates will be communicated through formal invitation and supporting notices issued by REDAMCO.
