Description / Scope of Work
The Central Police Office Balochistan, Quetta invites electronic bids for the supply of books, magazines, electronic and printed publications under tender reference PRQ No.5274/22-05-2026. This procurement is issued under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a tender fee of 1,000 PKR. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with only electronic bid submission permitted through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA.GOB. No physical bids are accepted. All bids must be submitted electronically via the registered portal, and bidders are required to register with EPPIS before participation.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate assignments of similar nature and complexity totaling 8,000,000 in the previous five years or a turnover of at least 7,000,000 PKR in the five preceding years. Bidders must maintain an active presence on the Tax Payer List and provide a Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a deposit at call of two percent as specified in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. If bid security is not found as required during financial evaluation, the bidding firm shall be declared ineligible and non-responsive.
Bid documents and the complete bidding procedure are available electronically on www.bppra.gob.pk. Verified work orders and subsequent documents from concerned departments must be uploaded in response to eligibility criteria. The delivery period is 30 days from order placement. Tender opening will occur on 11 June 2026 at 11:15 AM at the EPPIS System Address in Quetta.
