Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Western Zone CMG, Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of a 03-layer synthetic jogging track featuring SBR and EPDM system (rubber cushion) at the International Standard University Town Club within the jurisdiction of West Zone CMG Peshawar. The total estimated project value is Rs 137,820,000 (One Hundred Thirty-Seven Million Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand), with a base amount of Rs 6.891 million. This work is for MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and non-MRS items for the current financial year 2025-26. The tender is advertised on the basis of a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligibility criteria require that participating contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with valid codes. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration, KPPRA enlistment, and active taxpayer status for the current financial year 2025-26. Contractors quoting bids up to 10 percent below the Engineer's Estimate must submit 2 percent bid security as a Call Deposit in favor of the Director General, Capital Metropolitan Government, Peshawar. Contractors quoting bids more than 10 percent and up to 20 percent below the estimate must submit an additional security of 8 percent of the Engineer's Estimated Cost. Those quoting more than 20 percent below the estimate must submit additional security equal to the difference between the Engineer's Estimate and the quoted bid along with a Detailed Rate Analysis. Contractors must also possess relevant experience in synthetic jogging track works with at least one completed work order.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) following publication of this NIT on the KPPRA website. Bid Submission Documents (BSD) must be properly completed and uploaded in scanned form through EPADS before the deadline. Hard copies of the Bid Security and Detailed Rate Analysis must be submitted through courier to the Procuring Entity and received before the closing date and time of 11:00 AM on 11 June 2026. Tender forms will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same date. Bids must be quoted as a percentage above, below, or at par with the Engineer's Estimate. Any tampering, cutting, or overwriting in bidding documents will render the bid non-responsive. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Work orders will be issued subject to release and availability of funds.
