Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers including manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision and supply of spare parts for fire alarm and control panel systems. This tender, referenced as ME/15/25-26, is being conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure at the IBA Main Campus located in the Karachi University Enclave in Sindh province. The tender involves the supply of critical fire safety equipment components to support the institute's operational requirements and fire safety infrastructure.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan. The bid security requirement is set at 2 percent of the bid value, to be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in favor of IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000, which must be paid by generating a challan from the IBA website and depositing it at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Only bidders meeting these eligibility and financial requirements will be considered for evaluation.
Tender documents are available for download from both the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS platform, while the original bid security and original bid documents (duly signed and stamped) must be physically delivered to IBA Karachi before the bid opening. The submission period runs from May 22, 2026 at 09:00 AM until June 05, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids opening on June 05, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
