Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the Plumber Trade program at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar in Punjab. This tender is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for an estimated contract value of PKR 3,721,130. The procurement covers all necessary training materials required for the plumber trade curriculum at the college, with bids evaluated on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method to determine the most economical offer.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to be eligible for participation. A bid security of PKR 186,057 in the form of a Certified Demand Draft (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to the Principal of Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar must be submitted physically before the bid opening. All bidders are required to provide valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with their bids to qualify for evaluation.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit completed bids online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:00 AM on 10 June 2026. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
