Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the provision of indoor and outdoor plants and flowers on rental basis along with comprehensive maintenance of green areas at its Head Office and multiple office locations including Shaheen Complex, LDA Plaza, Passco Building, VIP Mess, and SNGTI premises in Lahore, Punjab. The contract is initially for one year with an option to extend for another year on mutual consent at the same terms and conditions. This is a single-stage single-envelope tender with an estimated contract value covering rental charges and ongoing maintenance services for landscaping and plant care across multiple locations within Lahore.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and provide proof of Income Tax, GST or PST, and Professional Tax registration. The bid validity period must be at least 90 days from the submission date, failing which bids may be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders are required to submit duplicate copies of their quotation duly signed and stamped, along with all supporting documents including the Schedule of Requirement, Schedule of Works, and Terms and Conditions. No over-writings are permitted in quotations; any deletions or corrections must be authenticated with additional signatures.
Bids must be submitted to the General Manager (Admin), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 5th Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 9 June 2026 at 11:00 hours in an envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL" with the tender reference number.
