Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment (Package No. 30) on a DAP basis for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad, Punjab. This procurement is valued at approximately 6.6 Million PKR and falls under PPRA Rules 2004. The project aims to equip the polyclinic with essential neonatal medical equipment to enhance maternal and child healthcare services in the region.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. The bid security amount is PKR 132,000.00, and the bid validity period is 180 days. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) methodology under Open Competitive Bidding. Bidders must be registered with the relevant trade and professional regulatory authorities and meet all technical and financial eligibility requirements as detailed in the RFP documents, available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website.
Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on EPADS before 11 June 2026 at 03:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 04:00 PM. Any proposal received through modes other than EPADS will not be considered. If the proposal submission date falls on a public holiday, submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day.
