Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of two official residences in Faisalabad, Punjab. The first project involves repairing Official Residence No. 1 situated at Disposal Station Jhang Road (O&M) West WASA Faisalabad with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,021,077 and earnest money of Rs. 50,527. The second project concerns repairing Official Residence Quarter No. 2 at Water Works Millat Town Main Millat Road WASA Faisalabad with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,535,556 and earnest money of Rs. 63,390. Both projects are for one month duration and will be executed on items rate basis as per PPRA E-tendering System rules. The works encompass excavation, masonry, concrete work, plumbing, electrical installations, woodwork, painting, and finishing as detailed in the bid schedules.
Only engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of Deputy Director (O&M) West WASA at 2.5% of the estimated bid cost at least half an hour before the opening date and time. Bid documents must be submitted online on the PPRA Punjab portal before the deadline. Any submission of fake information or documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting of the contractor or firm.
Bids will be opened on June 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Deputy Director (O&M) West Parking Yard Office, Ghulam Muhammad Abad Road Faisalabad. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. All bidding procedures must comply with PPRA E-tendering System rules (amended).
