Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission General Hospital located in Sector H-11/4, Islamabad invites sealed quotations from eligible and authorized distributors and reputed firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the public auction of a pre-fabricated structure comprising only walls, roof, windows and doors on an as is where is basis. The auction is conducted under Public Auction Notice No.12/2026 and represents a single lot offering for qualified bidders seeking to acquire the complete structure. Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the auction notice details.
Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors or reputed firms with valid income tax and sales tax registration. Bidders are required to submit copies of CNIC, tax profiles, registration letters, and ATL status along with their proposals. A mandatory earnest money deposit of two percent of the total offered amount must be submitted as a demand draft or pay order in favor of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, refundable and adjustable against the final bid amount. Bids submitted without the required earnest money or with amounts less than specified will be rejected outright.
Proposals must reach the Admin Officer (Stores) at PAEC General Hospital, H-11/4, Near Police Lines, Islamabad on or before 10:00 hours on 17 June 2026. The sealed quotations will be opened on the same date at 10:30 am in the conference room of PAEC General Hospital in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Physical inspection of the equipment and structure is permitted during office hours from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm until auction day. The successful bidder must deposit the balance amount within five days of competent authority approval and lift all auctioned items within fifteen days of approval.
