Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement of hiring of rent a car services under a framework agreement. This tender is open to reputed bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who are listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The bid submission deadline is June 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in Peshawar. All bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security of the total quoted price and must be prepared in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active taxpayer status with FBR and KPRA. The procurement process requires submission of sealed bids electronically through the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must scan and upload all required documents along with their bid and CDR (Cost Data Record) on the E-PADS system. Only bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the electronic bid opening meeting.

Interested bidders should submit their sealed bids electronically no later than the deadline. The bid opening will be conducted electronically on June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
