Description / Scope of Work
Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan, located in Punjab province, invites competitive bids from well-reputed and registered firms for the provision and installation of an SMD screen. The project is valued at Rs. 3.7125 Million and is referenced as Tender No. 7th/2025-26. The scope encompasses supply and complete installation of the SMD screen to meet the university's requirements. Only certified dealers and distributors of well-reputed manufacturers are eligible to participate, with preference given to indigenous or Pakistani company products. Bidders must be registered entities with valid NTN and GST numbers and provide comprehensive profiles including technical and financial proposals.
Prospective bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a demand draft or CDR in favor of the Treasurer of Ghazi University. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules 38-2(a), where technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately and clearly marked. All material supplied must be brand new and strictly conform to specifications, with old or refurbished material being explicitly unacceptable. Bidders must ensure technical literature and specifications are submitted in English, and the offered price validity must extend for a minimum of 90 days from the date of tender opening.
Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchase and Store at Ghazi University, D.G. Khan, or downloaded from the university website www.gudgk.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal, with hard copies and bid security delivered separately to the procuring agency. The deadline for bid submission is 09-06-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same date.
