Desilting of Open Ponds, Drains and Nullah by Machinery Hiring

District Council Hafizabad invites electronic bids for the desilting of open ponds, drains, and nullah through machinery hiring within its jurisdiction in Hafizabad, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 4.982 million. Contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers are eligible to participate. All bidders must be registered with the e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal, possess valid registration with FBR (NTN and PNTN), PRA, and PPRA for e-procurement, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above. This is a single-stage, single-envelope bidding process conducted entirely through the e-PADS digital procurement system.

Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs 2,49,110 (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a bank guarantee, CDR, demand draft, or pay order made payable to District Council Hafizabad. The original bid security instrument must be physically submitted in an envelope marked with the tender title at the District Council Office, District Complex, Hafizabad, before the e-bid submission deadline. All electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the e-PADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Tendered rates and amounts must be filled in both figures and words. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the opening date.

E-bids must be submitted online by 09 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the last moment, as the District Council assumes no responsibility for submission platform issues.
