Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt in Karachi, invites bids for services required for lifting of left-over waste material as per the attached Bill of Quantities. The tender reference number is LP/T-2417/26/ABZ and it is issued under a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The scope of work involves the removal and lifting of waste material from the PSPC premises in Karachi, Federal province. All rates must be quoted on an item-wise basis, and bidders may submit a maximum of two options with separate pricing for each option. Bidders are mandatorily required to visit the site physically to assess the scope of work before submitting their bids; failure to do so will result in immediate rejection. The Bill of Quantities serves as the primary document in case of any contradiction with the tender documentation.
Bidders must be registered and capable of undertaking the specified waste material lifting services. All bids must be signed and stamped on all pages by the bidder or their authorized representative. In case of any contradictions between the Bill of Quantities and the tender document, the BOQ will prevail. The Purchase Order will be awarded on a package basis to successful bidders. Earnest money submitted by unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of the posting of the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA portals.
