Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department (North Zone), Executive Building Division No.1 Rawalpindi, invites sealed electronic tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for maintenance and repair of existing boundary walls at BHU Kali Matti Murree in the Rawalpindi district for the financial year 2025-26. Three separate works are being tendered with estimated costs of Rs. 2.535 million (right side), Rs. 2.669 million (back side), and Rs. 2.624 million (main entrance and west side), totaling approximately Rs. 7.828 million. The works are located at Tehsil and District Murree within the Punjab province.
Intending contractors and engineering firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category codes to be eligible for participation. Contractors are required to be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5 percent of the estimated price from a scheduled bank. The original CDR must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Rawalpindi half an hour before the opening of bids. False information or fake CDR will result in disqualification and referral to PPRA and PEC for strict legal action.
Bidding documents are immediately available after the date of publication on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or the PPRA e-procurement portal. Bids will be opened on 08.06.2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, with rates and successful bidders announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee on the same date at 10:30 AM.
