Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Museum, Government of the Punjab invites bids from registered manufacturers and authorized suppliers for the purchase of one portable office container measuring 40 feet in length. This procurement is part of the Master Plan for Conservation, Rehabilitation, Improvement and Upgradation of Lahore Museum project funded by the Government of Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 5.512 million. The tender will be executed in Lahore, Punjab following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 single stage-one envelope bidding procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidders must submit complete technical and financial proposals electronically via the E-PADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered proprietors, general order suppliers, or firms and companies with valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) certificates. Bidders are required to submit bid security equal to five percent of the estimated price in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Director (Administration). Original instruments must be received at the procuring agency office in Lahore half an hour before the opening time. Proposals containing false information or fake documentation will result in disqualification and blacklisting. The financial proposal must include all applicable taxes. Bid validity period is thirty days from the submission deadline.
Detailed bidding documents are available for download from the E-PADS and PPRA websites immediately upon publication of this notice. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 10th June 2026 at 11:00 A.M., with technical and financial proposals opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 A.M. at the E-PADS office located at 10-Shahra-e-Quaid-e-Azam in Lahore. The successful bidder must deliver items within one week of receiving the purchase order. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
