Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company–Lahore Division invites bids for the supply and installation of miscellaneous office items at the MCM Lahore Divisional Office. This procurement is valued at Rs. 4,202,640 and is being conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The project is located at Model Cattle Market Admin Block, 9-Km Main Multan Road, Lahore in Punjab. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, or sole proprietors holding valid Registration Certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and STRN. Bid security equal to five percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company–Lahore Division. The bid security must reach the procuring agency office half an hour before the tender opening time. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last submission date. Bidding documents are available for download immediately after publication on the E-PADS portal and PPRA website. Technical proposals will be opened on June 08, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. at the procuring agency office in the presence of the tender opening committee and interested bidders. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be announced subsequently. All financial proposals must be inclusive of applicable taxes. Incomplete proposals will not be considered, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rules 2014.
