Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Punjab, invites tenders on a Single Stage One Envelope basis from General Sales Tax registered firms and suppliers for the purchase of a photocopy machine or photocopier. This procurement is for the office of the Commissioner Sahiwal with an estimated budget of Rs. 800,000. The tender is open to eligible GST-registered suppliers and follows standard government procurement procedures under PPRA guidelines. The procurement scope includes supply and installation of the photocopier equipment at the Sahiwal office location.
Bidders must be General Sales Tax registered firms or suppliers. The bid must remain valid for a minimum period of 45 days from the submission date. Bid security of 2% of the total contract value, amounting to Rs. 16,000, must be furnished in the form of an original Certificate of Deposit (CDR) payable to the office. Only firms meeting these financial and registration requirements are eligible to participate in this tender process.
