Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites competitive bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment (Package No. 41) on DAP (Delivery At Place) basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore, Punjab. This is a comprehensive equipment procurement project for a major cancer treatment and research facility. The bidding process is conducted entirely through the EPADS electronic procurement portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All interested bidders must register on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to access the full RFP documents and participate in the tender. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and all amendments thereto.
Bidders must submit both scanned copies and original bid security documents as specified in the tender conditions. A scanned copy of the bid security must be attached with the technical bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be physically submitted to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to provide the original bid security will result in automatic rejection of the bid. All lots and all items within lots must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder failing to quote all lots and all items will be automatically disqualified. Evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items across all lots.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS on or before 15:00 HRS PST on 8th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 HRS PST in the Committee Room at IDAP, Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. In case of a government holiday on the bid opening date, submission and opening will occur on the next working day at the same time.
