Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner, Rajanpur invites online bids through the EPADS e-procurement platform for the procurement of miscellaneous and security items, hiring of services, and transport arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram, Chehlum, Hazrat Imam Hussain (as), Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Urs Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Fareed and other events during the financial year 2026-2027. This open competitive bidding process is available to all eligible firms, general order suppliers, and companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The procurement will be conducted entirely through EPADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date.
To participate, bidders must be registered as suppliers on the EPADS platform. The bidding shall follow a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as outlined in Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders are required to submit a 5 percent bid security in hard copy as a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank recognized by State Bank of Pakistan to the office of Deputy Commissioner, Rajanpur. All proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 08-06-2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders must also provide a hard copy of the financial instrument along with the soft copy uploaded on EPADS; failure to do so will result in disqualification or rejection.
Bidding documents containing full terms and conditions are available for download from the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx until the closing date. The response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date of the advertisement on the PPRA website. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, or if technical issues prevent opening on EPADS, the next official working day shall be designated as the opening date. Firms are requested to read the bidding document carefully and ensure compliance with all Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 requirements.
