Description / Scope of Work
Govt. Special Education Centre Fatehjang Attock, located in Attock district, Punjab, invites online bids on E-PADS from income tax and sales tax registered firms for the procurement of uniform items for approximately 180 special students, comprising both boys and girls, for the financial year 2025-2026. The estimated total cost of the tender is Rs. 1,700,000. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the E-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk under the PPRA procurement rules. The school is situated opposite Government Boys High School No. 2, Fatehjang Attock.
Participating firms must be registered for income tax and sales tax purposes. Offers must strictly comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the tender notice and tender documents. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost of the relevant kit must be submitted as an earnest money deposit from the bidder in the name of the Incharge Headmistress Govt. Special Education Centre Fatehjang Attock vides call deposit. Bidders are required to submit technical bids separately on firm letterhead in sealed envelopes, with technical bids to be opened before financial bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Firms found to be technically unqualified will not participate in the financial bidding stage.
Bidding documents must be submitted through E-PADS by the deadline specified, with bid validity set for 30 June 2026 from the opening of tenders. The purchase committee reserves the right to cancel the tender under PPRA rules.
