Description / Scope of Work
The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Bhakkar, invites pre-qualification applications from registered firms, companies, contractors, and general order suppliers for the provision of standardized relief goods and equipment during the Flood/Monsoon Season 2026 for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost of procurement is approximately Rs. 30.00 million. This tender covers supply of food hampers in ration bags, drinking water, flour, rice, cooked food materials, vehicles for transportation and local mobility, catering for camp establishment, tents, rassa and miscellaneous items including mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, cots, mattresses, animal fodder, and catering services. Eligible applicants must be registered firms or contractors on E-PADS with sufficient experience in the relevant field and a sound financial position. Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming non-involvement in litigation with any government department and confirmation of non-blacklisting by any organization. Companies and firms must not be blacklisted, and government servants are ineligible to participate. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted as per prevailing rules. Bid Security of 3% of the estimated procurement cost must be furnished in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft from a scheduled bank. The successful bidder shall also furnish a Performance Guarantee at 3% in the prescribed form.
Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted through the E-PADS online portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10 June 2026 up to 14:00 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). Interested firms may inspect the prequalification documents from the PPRA website. Applications for pre-qualification will be opened on the same day at 14:30 PM, and written queries regarding prequalification documents must be submitted up to one day before the closing date, with responses published on the PPRA website. The original bid security in a sealed envelope must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Commissioner Bhakkar by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
