Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laundry equipment (Package No. 4, Lot-B) on DAP and DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore, Punjab. This is a comprehensive procurement covering all lots and items as specified in the detailed requirements. The tender is issued under tender reference HCP/NSICT&R/ME-260413-1/P4B dated 13th April 2026. Bidders must quote all lots and all items; any firm not quoting the complete package will stand disqualified. The procurement shall be conducted through EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) exclusively.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of original bid security with the Technical Bid on EPADS, while original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the office of General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP, on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit original bid security will result in bid rejection. The bidding process is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and instructions of the Government of the Punjab.
Completed bids comprising Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on EPADS at or before 16:00 HRS PST on 8th June 2026. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 16:30 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. In case of a Government holiday resulting in office closure on the opening date, the bid shall be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same time.
