Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) on behalf of the Government of Punjab invites pre-qualification applications for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of radiation oncology equipment specifically a brachytherapy package for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore, Punjab. This is Package No. 40, Lot-E under the E-PADS (E-Procurement and Advance Development Scheme) initiative. The scope includes supply of specialized radiation oncology brachytherapy equipment, complete installation at the institute's premises in Lahore, commissioning services to ensure full operational readiness, and maintenance support for the supplied equipment throughout the contract period.
Eligible applicants must be registered companies with proven financial soundness, demonstrated experience in supplying and installing similar radiation oncology equipment, capability to provide equipment maintenance services, qualified technical personnel with relevant certifications, and adequate workshop facilities with specialized equipment for brachytherapy systems. Applicants must comply with all Pakistani regulatory requirements, possess valid business registration, and meet financial stability criteria verified through audited accounts. Joint ventures are permitted provided they submit a joint venture agreement and designate a lead member with joint and several liability.
Pre-qualification applications should be submitted in the format specified in the document including all required forms (PQ-1 through PQ-5) and supporting documentation as detailed in Appendices A through D. Applications must be submitted to the address of IDAP at 50-B3, Gulberg III, Lahore before the closing date of June 8, 2026.
