Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, and authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of repair and maintenance items for garbage containers. This national competitive bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement activity is based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, and follows all procedures in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding document is available for download from the PPRA Punjab website and EPADS portal at no cost to prospective bidders.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or companies with authorization credentials and must be registered with the Income Tax Department. Original bid security in hard form must be submitted to the RWMC Head Office located at 81-A/1, Iran Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, on or before the bid closing date and time. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, ensuring transparent and competitive selection of the most suitable vendor for garbage container maintenance and repair supplies.
Bidders must submit completed, signed, and stamped bids online through the EPADS website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 08 June 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 hours through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives.
