Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of High-Flow Nasal Oxygen (HFNO) machines for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore, Punjab. This is Package No. 50 being procured on DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. The procurement encompasses all equipment required for the installation and operational commissioning of HFNO systems at the cancer treatment institute, which provides advanced respiratory support for cancer patients undergoing intensive treatment.
Bidding is open to all eligible vendors registered on the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Interested applicants must register on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of original bid security documents with their technical bids on EPADS, while original bid security must be physically deposited at the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. All lots and all items within each lot must be quoted; any firm failing to quote all items will be disqualified.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS by 14:30 HRS PST on 8th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room at IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended.
